Castleford RL Top Trumps

Everybody must have played this game as kids. This time forget your planes, trains and automobiles... the old playground favourite has a Cas feel with up to sixty past and present Tigers players. It only includes players of whom I have photos. There are some legends in there but if you have pictures of others then please send them through.

The game gives a random selection of players from the CasTigers.net database. You could end up with the likes of Wayne Bartrim and his massive points tally. Then again you could be lumbered with with Paul Franze and Gary Mercer! The rules are simple enough. You play against the computer using 30, 40, or even 60 cards, all of which have colour photos. The idea is to win all the cards from the computer.

You begin by choosing one of five values from your player card that you think will beat the computer's card - the values being:

Cas Appearances
Cas Substitute Appearances
Cas Tries
Total Cas Points

If you beat the computer's player, you collect that card and carry on - if the computer's card is better, it takes your player and chooses next. In the event of a tie, the player's succesful goals will be used to determine a winner.

It's as simple as that. Click below to get playing!
